The Apartment

Enter Gresham Hall through a discreet private entry door, exclusive to the three apartments adjoined to the main hall. The Upper Wing, positioned on the second floor, beckons guests to ascend two flights of stairs for access to the apartment.

The primary bedroom greets you with a luxurious king-size bed complemented by bedside tables, a Freeview TV, and an en-suite shower room for added convenience.

Bedroom 2 offers flexibility with zip and link twin beds, easily converted into a super king bed upon request. Wardrobe space and bedside tables with lamps enhance the comfort of this room.

The family bathroom provides a tranquil retreat, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, WC, washbasin, and a heated rail for added comfort.

On entering the kitchen, a delightful hamper of local produce awaits, amidst sloped ceilings lending charm to the space. Modern amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and stunning wooden floors, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining.

The spacious living room invites relaxation, boasting a 40″ Freeview TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Two elegant sofas offer a cosy spot to unwind with a glass of wine and while away the evenings in comfort.

Outside

Scenic countryside estate grounds are for guest to explore and enjoy, perfect for letting children explore nature.

There is an estate tennis court for guests.

To the front of the property there is parking for guests to use.

Notes

Accessibility please note this is a second floor apartment that requires walking two flights of stairs.

Pets well behaved dogs are accepted.

Tennis court works on a first come first served basis.

Heating during the renovations, an eco-friendly biomass boiler was set up. This guarantees that guests will enjoy cosy warmth and ample hot water throughout the year.

Please note that single use plastic is discouraged. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and washing up liquid are all provided in refillable glass containers.

Parking parking is available for guests in the ground wing.

High chairs and cots can be made available on request – please note mattresses and linen for cots are not provided.

If guests would like to book Gresham Hall alongside the ground wing then there is an adjoining door to connect the whole Hall together. Ideal for large families and groups!

The owners offer a wonderful selection of local treats and produce for their guests on arrival!

The Hall has a strong eco ethos! Firewood is collected from around the estate, when hot tubs are emptied the water is collected to use in the gardens and the sugar-beet and peas grown within the fields are sent to local factories.

Located just 3 miles from Sheringham, a charming Victorian seaside town renowned for its Blue Flag beach and vibrant collection of independent shops and eateries, is the Gresham Hall estate.

The estate is sprawled over acres of gardens, woodland and valleys and even offers an onsite tennis court. However, if it’s the local area you’re here for then fear not, the property is a matter of minutes from some of North Norfolk’s favourite attractions, towns and scenery.

Cromer and Holt, 2 very different destinations, are within a 10 minute drive from the estate and both offer a large variety of boutiques, eateries, history and culture. Beyond the towns attractions such as Amazona Zoo, Pensthorpe, Muckleburgh Collection, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Bure Valley Railway and The North Norfolk Railway await.

And let’s not overlook the delectable seafood! Whether indulging in freshly caught fish and chips by the sea or sampling local delicacies at one of Sheringham’s charming cafes and restaurants, culinary delights await.
