Absolutely not! We firmly believe it’s your home, and you should have the freedom to use it whenever you desire. While we do hope for ample availability, particularly during peak weeks, we understand the importance of you enjoying your own property.

This question is frequently raised (and for good reason). Based on our experience, it’s typical for a property to experience normal wear and tear while occupied. We recommend that homeowners remove any items of value before letting out their home to prevent any potential inconvenience.

After your initial enquiry, the subsequent step involves a visit to your property. Once all details have been finalised, we’ll coordinate professional photos at your holiday home. We always aim to have all new properties live within two weeks of the visit.

Drawing upon our industry expertise, we can devise a realistic pricing structure for your holiday home. This will be provided to you following the property viewing. We always prioritise collaborating with homeowners to establish prices that meet their satisfaction.

We will address this with you after our initial consultation regarding the rental of your property.

As a small family-run business, we ensure there’s always someone available to assist you during office hours. We’ll provide you with contact details for easy access to our team.

The course of action depends on the service package you’ve chosen. With our fully managed service, we handle any issues by engaging trusted local tradespeople. For minor issues like guests struggling with TV operation, we’ll personally investigate. If the problem requires costly repairs, we’ll provide you with a quote beforehand. If you’re not on a managed service, we hope guests contact you first to resolve the issue.

We hope this won’t be necessary to contemplate! But should circumstances change and you decide to part ways with us, a notice period of 3 months is required. The details of your departure will be outlined in your contract with us.
