On entering Augusta, you are greeted by a delightful, lavender-hued door that leads directly into the Lounge. The cosy space offers seating for six, along with a TV equipped with Sky Q. Natural light fills the room, thanks to the expansive bay windows that overlook a quaint cottage-style front garden.

Transitioning from the lounge, you step into the hallway, which guides you towards the modern Kitchen. This culinary haven boasts a roof lantern, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Through the patio doors lies an enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying meals under the sky, accommodating pets, and providing easy access to the beach via the back gate.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the ground floor Bathroom, a spacious wet room furnished with a WC, basin, bath, and walk-in shower. This setup is particularly convenient for individuals with mobility constraints or for rinsing off sand and seawater after a beach day.

Located off the hallway is Bedroom 1, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, wardrobe, shelves within a cupboard, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets, and a wall-mounted TV. This arrangement caters perfectly to those who prefer to reside on the ground floor.

First Floor

The Family Bedroom offers ample space for relaxation, featuring a luxurious King-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, wall mounted TV and bedside cabinets. Additionally, a child’s bed (please request this upon booking, dimensions: 140cm x 69cm) is available. An en suite bathroom accompanies this room, complete with a shower, basin. It’s a truly cosy and spacious retreat for unwinding!

Adjacent to the Family Bedroom is a separate WC, equipped with a toilet and basin for added convenience.

The Twin Bedroom provides comfortable accommodations with two single beds, alongside a dressing table with mirror, wardrobe, wall mounted TV and another dressing table with mirror. This room also features its own shower and basin, ensuring privacy and ease for guests.
