Two Hoots is situated just a 10 minutes drive from both Holt and Sheringham town centres, making it a great base to visit and experience all that Norfolk has to offer!

The park boasts indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well as a pub, 4 playgrounds, fishing pond, bug hotel, plenty of wood and heath walks as well as many events and festivals throughout the year.

House Layout

Enter the property into an open plan kitchen/living space. There is a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, in built microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The Living room offers comfortable seating and Wifi. TV, DVD player and electric fire are also present. There are patio doors which lead to decking area.

Bedroom 1 boasts a king sized bed with in built wardrobe, bedside cabinets. Toilet en suite featuring WC and basin.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with 2 single (2″3′) beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet.

The Bathroom offers a Shower, WC and basin.

Parking off road parking for 2 cars.

Garden decking area with comfortable outdoor sofas and views of valley (deer are regular visitors!). Garden table and chairs for 6.

Heating Gas central heating.

Pets 2 well behaved dogs permitted.

The Park we highly recommend visiting the village to assess all that is going on in the park during your stay to ensure you don’t miss out on anything! Summer markets in the village centre bring all the best local produce to the park, you don’t want to miss out on all the hustle and bustle!

Indoor Pool Closure
As part of Blue Sky Leisure’s continued investment in its facilities, significant remedial and refurbishment works will be undertaken to the Indoor Pool and poolside facilities at Kelling Heath Holiday Park this Autumn/Winter.

Works will start on Monday 4^th November 2024 and be completed by Friday 14^th February 2025.

These works will also include improved access to the indoor pool which will benefit all users.

The steam room will also be refurbished to bring this in line with the recent sauna works.

The gym and changing rooms will remain open throughout this period. The pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool will be closed.

Two Hoots is a modern yet comfortable property situated within the 5 star holiday park, Kelling Heath. Kelling Heath offers a plethora of activities, amenities and events and is great for all ages. The park is close to the towns of Sheringham and Holt, as well as local attractions such as Cromer Pier, Amazona Zoo, Muckleburgh Collection, Cley Windmill, Blakeney Quay and Morston where daily seal trips run from and it’s just a 30 minute drive to Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham Hall.

If you’re looking for a base to explore North Norfolk from then you can’t get much better than here.
