Stonechat can be accessed through the porch door which is accessed from the front decking up a set up steps.

Once through the porch, where you can find general housekeeping items such as brushes, a clothes horse, dog bowl, you enter through the main property door into the kitchen/diner/lounge.

This room is spacious and beautifully modern with intricate decor and contemporary colours and a chic vibe. The kitchen offers a coffee machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and large pantry as well as seating for 4. The lounge is closer to the patio doors which lead out to the south facing decking and is furnished with comfortable seating for 4, a fireplace and smart TV. There are 2 large, cosy chairs on the decking with a table to enjoy leisurely evenings and slow mornings from.

From the kitchen guests can access the 2 bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with ample storage and dressing table. There is a walk in wardrobe which also leads to the en-suite bathroom which boats a bath, over head shower, WC and wash basin as well as plenty of shelving for storage.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with cupboard space and mirror.

The family bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin with storage.

Outside

Stonechat is a good size, private plot with plenty of surrounding mature bushes and trees. The outside space offers a large wooden table with seating for 4 as well as 2 lovely, large decking chairs to relax on. The decking for Stonechat faces south and enjoys plenty of sun throughout the year.

There is a BBQ to the rear of the property which guests are welcome to use.

There is parking for multiple cars on the plot.
