Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, Maritime Pines is your home away from home. Situated within it’s own enclosed plot, Maritime Pines offers a sanctuary from the stresses of modern life. A grassed garden allows children to play and discover nature, whilst the deck encourages you to sip something delicious whilst listening to birdsong (or your favourite podcast!)

A large, well equipped kitchen ensures you can cook wonderful meals for the whole family, whilst the bedrooms provide cosy beds for a restful nights sleep. A family bathroom and en-suite ensure no one has to queue in the mornings and a boot room means that sandy shoes and brollies (often used together in Britain!) can be stored fuss free.

House Layout

On first stepping into Maritime Pines you will find yourself in the spacious boot room, perfect for kicking of wellie boots and drying off the pooch after a stomp around Kelling Heath.

Into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is a large, well lit space. The kitchen has a double sink, kettle, toaster, microwave,fridge/freezer, double oven, Nespresso coffee machine, 5 burner hob and various cooking utensils. There is a large dining table for 4 people, with views over the woodland.

The living room features a corner sofa, arm chair, coffee table, gas fire and television. French doors open out onto the decking, with calming views onto the woodland.

The primary bedroom contains a king size bed with bedside tables, two chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror, built in wardrobe and shelving. The bed faces a large window with scenic views of the woodlands. The en-suite has a large walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with wall mounted television, bedside table, mirror, shelving and built in wardrobe.

Outside

Maritime Pine sits on a peaceful enclosed plot, offering privacy among the woodland. There is a grassed front garden with mature bushes and a wrap around deck, gas BBQ and two sets of garden furniture – one wooden round bench and an outside dining table and four chairs.

There is parking for 2 cars.

Notes

The Village Centre is approx a 10 minute walk.

Heating Gas Central Heating.

Pets 1 dog is permitted. As per our terms and conditions, dogs are not to be left alone in the premises at anytime.

Private Parking within and outside of the plot.

WiFi is available and free of charge. However please note that due to the location of Maritime Pines, speeds or reliability cannot be guaranteed.

Indoor Pool Closure
As part of Blue Sky Leisure’s continued investment in its facilities, significant remedial and refurbishment works will be undertaken to the Indoor Pool and poolside facilities at Kelling Heath Holiday Park this Autumn/Winter.

Works will start on Monday 4^th November 2024 and be completed by Friday 14^th February 2025.

These works will also include improved access to the indoor pool which will benefit all users.

The steam room will also be refurbished to bring this in line with the recent sauna works.

The gym and changing rooms will remain open throughout this period. The pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool will be closed.

To borrow There are board games, books, puzzles and outdoor items to borrow such as ping pong bat/ball kit, tennis rackets and boules.

The Park we highly recommend visiting the village to assess all that is going on in the park during your stay to ensure you don’t miss out on anything! Summer markets in the village centre bring all the best local produce to the park, you don’t want to miss out on all the hustle and bustle!

Situated just a 10 minute walk from the village centre, Maritime Pines is perfectly situated within the Kelling Heath park.

The stunning Norfolk coast is a mere 5-10 minutes by car, as are Georgian and Victorian towns Holt and Sheringham, where seaside activities are plentiful.

Kelling Heath boasts 300 acres of woodland and heath alongside a village pub, shop and fitness suite – including a fabulous pool, steam room and sauna. There are also tennis courts, fishing spots and the occasional pop up food truck, so there really is something for everyone!
