House Layout

Ground Floor

Enter Woodland View into the hallway which leads to the lounge, downstairs WC, utility, kitchen/diner and stairs.

The lounge is a cosy space with comfortable seating for 6 alongside a coffee table, lamps and a Smart TV.

The well sized kitchen/diner overlooks the rear garden with patio doors for access. The kitchen boasts all the usual utensils alongside an electric hob and oven, large fridge freezer and plenty of crockery/storage. There is a dining room table with 2 benches to seat 6. From the dining space there is access to a small utility with sink and laundry facilities.

Head up the stairs in the hallway to the first floor.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 is a great sized room boasting a super-king bed, a mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables, matching lamps and an ensuite shower room with WC, washbasin and shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 offers a lovely king size bed alongside another mirrored internal wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. There is a connecting bathroom which joins bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The bathroom offers a bath with over-head shower, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with another internal mirrored wardrobe, comfy seating, bedside tables and lamps.

Outside

Woodland View provides private parking for two cars, along with an enclosed rear garden featuring a well-kept lawn. Complete with garden furniture, it offers a perfect spot for relaxation during warmer months and sunlit days.

Whilst the town is renown for it’s sandy shores, golfing, vibrant all-year-round events and fun atmosphere, it is also a great centre for attractions such as The North Norfolk Railway and lies within easy reach of many areas of interest such as the Cley and Salthouse marshes and Muckleburgh Collection.
