Step into Westward House through the front door, greeted by the charming Victorian hallway that stretches into a long corridor leading to the kitchen at the far end.

The first room you encounter is the lounge, offering comfortable seating for 8 guests. Here, you’ll find a TV for entertainment, as well as windows providing picturesque views towards the sea and plenty of coffee tables for added convenience.

Positioned towards the rear of the property is the dining room, furnished with a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together with family and friends.

At the end of the property, you’ll discover the kitchen, easily accessible through stable doors from the parking and garden area. Additionally, there is direct access to the sheltered courtyard, making it convenient for delivering food from the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a small utility area, providing a fridge/freezer and washing machine, adding practicality to your stay.

On the first floor, a spacious landing welcomes you, granting access to three bedrooms, a WC, and a family bathroom.

Enter Bedroom 1, aptly named Seaview, which treats you to stunning sea views and super king-size bed. This room also features a generously sized ensuite shower room with ample storage facilities. The ensuite is equipped with an LED mirror, a large washbasin, a WC, and a convenient walk-in shower.

Next, discover Bedroom 2, affectionately known as Dragonfly, offering double bed and a compact ensuite shower room with a WC. This room also provides ample storage with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

At the rear of the property lies Bedroom 3, named Driftwood, featuring two single beds and a chest of drawers for storage.

The family bathroom, conveniently located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second floor, offers a walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC. Additionally, there is an additional WC for added convenience.

For further clothes storage, a cupboard in the hallway proves useful for guests staying in Driftwood.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a charming twin bedroom and a cozy small landing.

Welcome to Bedroom 4, affectionately named Mermaid. Nestled in the eaves of the house, this lovely twin bedroom exudes character and offers delightful views over the rooftops of nearby houses.

Nestled in close proximity to the beach, Westward House welcomes guests with its charming facade adorned with characterful fisherman props. A walkway along the side of the house leads to the rear, where you’ll discover a delightful sun trap seating area, parking for 1 car, and a sheltered courtyard—a perfect setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Convenient access to the kitchen via the courtyard or stable doors simplifies the task of unpacking after a long day exploring Norfolk.

Throughout the year, Sheringham bursts with excitement, hosting a plethora of events, including the much-anticipated Sheringham Carnival held during the initial week of August.

For the adventurous types there are a plethora of activities, walks, water sports and outdoor adventures waiting to be had. From paddle boarding to discovering the 83 miles scenic coastline of Norfolk along the Norfolk Coast Path we are positive you will find something to do come rain or shine.
