Towards the rear of the property, discover a large open-plan dining room seamlessly connected to a modern kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for your culinary needs. The dining space features a generous table accommodating 10 guests, complemented by a large corner cupboard and storage for crockery, enhancing its charm. The contemporary kitchen boasts a Range Master Electric Cooker, Smeg fridge/freezer, Smeg dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and an array of crockery, utensils, and pans, allowing you to prepare a hearty meal with ease.

The kitchen also provides access to a small utility area and the rear courtyard, offering outdoor seating and a family-style outdoor eating area for al fresco dining.

Before ascending the stairs, you’ll find a convenient small WC, adding practicality to your stay.

First Floor

Ascend the first flight of stairs to encounter a spacious family bathroom, where a shower over bath, washbasin, and WC await. Delightfully adorned with original features, this bathroom offers a serene space to unwind after a long day of exploration.

Continue onto the landing from the stairs, granting access to three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, situated towards the rear of the property, showcases a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and a dressing table. This bedroom boasts the added convenience of an en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

At the front of the house, discover Bedroom 2, featuring a large king-sized bed, wardrobe, sofa, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with lamps. This room also offers a balcony, providing magnificent sea views and an inviting space to relax.

Bedroom 3, also positioned at the front of the property, offers a single bed and a chest of drawers with a lamp, providing a cosy retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

The rear courtyard provides the perfect sanctuary for relaxation after a long day, offering ample comfortable seating for all guests. Complete with patio furniture, benches, and a BBQ area, it’s an ideal spot for outdoor gatherings and al fresco dining.

Booked this house with agroup of friends and it couldn’t have suited us better. All the double rooms were a good size and the kitchen dining room a great entertaining area. Loved the outside covered seating area especially as we were lucky with the October weather. 2 minutes walk to the town and the seafront. Plenty of walking and places to visit nearby.
