Enter via the beautifully tiled hallway.

Located at the front of the house, off the hallway, discover the spacious living area, offering comfortable seating for 10 guests. This inviting room boasts a charming original fireplace, cast iron radiator, and elegant wooden flooring. Entertainment is provided with a TV (including BT TV) and DVD player, ensuring enjoyable evenings in.

Continuing through the hallway towards the rear of the house, you’ll find a large open-plan dining area and kitchen. The dining area features a generously sized table seating 10, complemented by more original features and a spacious cupboard. The bespoke kitchen is equipped with a Range Master Electric Cooker, Smeg Fridge/Freezer, Smeg dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Additionally, a pantry area adds further convenience to the space.

Through the back of the kitchen, an outside door provides access to the garden, while a store cupboard offers practical storage solutions.

Before ascending the stairs, a small WC provides added convenience for guests.

First Floor

Ascending the stairs and proceeding straight ahead on the first level, you’ll enter the Family Bathroom, offering a shower over bath, basin, and WC, along with another fireplace.

Continuing upward, a short flight of two stairs leads you to Bedroom 1, situated at the rear of the house. This welcoming room is furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps, and boasts an En Suite Bathroom featuring a shower, basin, and WC.

Bedroom 2 at the front of the house, offers a spacious retreat with a large King-sized bed, wardrobe, sofa, chest of drawers, and bedside tables with lamps. The room also features a balcony offering stunning sea views, perfect for soaking in the coastal scenery.

Similarly located at the front of the house, Bedroom 3 provides a cosy space with a single bed and a chest of drawers with a lamp, offering a comfortable spot for rest and relaxation.

Second Floor

Venturing to the Second Floor, you’ll encounter Bedroom 4 nestled at the rear of the house. This charming room exudes character with its original fireplace and window seat. Furnished with a King-sized iron frame bed, a chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets with lamps, it offers a cosy retreat for relaxation.

At the front of the house lies Bedroom 5, offering captivating sea views. The versatile Super King bed, which can be split into 2 singles upon request, provides flexibility for guests. Additionally, a single bed is available for added convenience. Storage solutions include a wardrobe and chest of drawers, while the room’s ambiance is enhanced by an original fireplace and a Lloyd loom chair.

Outside

The enclosed garden features sofa seating and tables with further seating and a BBQ.

Booked this house with agroup of friends and it couldn’t have suited us better. All the double rooms were a good size and the kitchen dining room a great entertaining area. Loved the outside covered seating area especially as we were lucky with the October weather. 2 minutes walk to the town and the seafront. Plenty of walking and places to visit nearby.

Seaview Villa is located down a tranquil residential road in Sheringham which runs parallel to the main high street and close to the wonderful beach promenade. The town is a popular seaside destination which attracts tourists and locals of all ages seeking some quintessential family fun.

The town is host to a plethora of attractions such as The Little Theatre and North Norfolk Steam Railway. There are great rail and bus links to neighbouring towns with The Coastal Hopper bus running through Sheringham providing a great way to explore Norfolk’s amazing coastline.

The town is serviced with plenty of convenience stores and super markets, alongside great local bakeries, butchers, veg and fruit shop, eateries and cafes.
