Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area offers an impressive handmade table with seating for 4, providing an elegant setting for shared meals and gatherings.

The well-equipped kitchen offers convenience with its large American-style fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Ample cutlery and crockery with a modern design add to the functionality of the space.

Opposite the lounge area, patio doors lead to private parking and a small outside courtyard, ideal for enjoying breakfast amidst the tranquility of the outdoors.

Returning to the main corridor, discover the contemporary bathroom featuring sleek black accessories, a luxurious rainfall shower, a freestanding bath, and heated towel rails.

Opposite the bathroom, find the inviting bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser, and industrial-style lamps and bedside lights.

Please note the parking space has 17 steep steps down to the rear entrance to the apartment (where the key safe is). Whilst the property does have a parking space, Sheringham Cottages cannot be held accountable should the parking space be utilised by someone who is not authorised to use it – in this unusual situation, there is on street parking extremely close by which is free and unrestricted.

You are also able to enter the front of the apartment where there is ramp access (or a few steps up) from Cromer Road.
