Ground Floor

Step through the front door into the cosy living room, featuring a 32″ Sky TV, coffee table, and lamps, along with a wood burner perfect for chilly autumn evenings. Curl up on the sofa with a glass of wine and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable single bed and a chest of drawers for storage.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light. The large kitchen island, with seating for two, provides ample space for meal prep and conversation. Equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and fridge, it’s a chef’s delight. The adjacent utility room includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer for added convenience.

The dining room, seamlessly connected to the kitchen, features a large rectangular table with seating for 10 and French doors that open onto the garden.

A shower room with a cubicle and WC completes this level.

First Floor

Heading upstairs to the first floor, you’ll find six beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Bedroom 2: This versatile room can be set up as a king or two twin beds (please specify at the time of booking). It features large bedside lamps, tables, a dresser, and an abundance of natural light.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable double bedroom with bedside tables, lamps, and ample storage.

Bedroom 4: Another spacious double bedroom, complete with a dresser, bedside tables, and lamps.

Bedroom 5: A twin room equipped with a bedside cabinet and lamp for a cosy stay.

Outside

Hall Cottage features a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for children and pets to play safely. The private terrace, complete with picnic bench seating, is perfect for enjoying long alfresco meals on warm summer days. A BBQ is also available for guests to use.

Pets: Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Tennis Court: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
