In addition, the courtyard plays host to a private hot tub which guests can enjoy during their stay.

Step into the Ground Wing at Gresham Hall through its private entry door, exclusively serving the three attached apartments nestled beside the main hall.

Inside, the bedroom welcomes you with a king-size bed, bedside tables and a Freeview TV.

The bathroom offers a soothing retreat, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, WC, washbasin, and a mirror for added convenience.

As you step into the well-equipped kitchen/diner, the statement French doors to the rear courtyard draw your attention, flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen is outfitted with modern amenities including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer, all set upon a charming wooden floor. A round table with four comfortable dining chairs invites intimate meals or lively conversations.

Adjacent to the kitchen, is the sitting room, with plush sofa seating for two or more guests, side tables, warm lamps, and luxurious furnishings create an inviting ambiance. A 40″ Freeview TV features alongside a DVD Player and Bluetooth speaker.

Outside

Ground Wing has a spacious, enclosed courtyard accessed via the french doors from the kitchen/diner. The courtyard contains a private hot tub, patio furniture and gate to the surrounding gardens and woodland.

There is an estate tennis court for guests to enjoy.

There is parking to the front of the property for guests to use.

Notes

Pets well behaved dogs are accepted.

Hot tub charged at an additional £80 per stay.

Tennis court works on a first come first served basis.

Heating during the renovations, an eco-friendly biomass boiler was set up. This guarantees that guests will enjoy cosy warmth and ample hot water throughout the year.

Please note that single use plastic is discouraged. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and washing up liquid are all provided in refillable glass containers.

Parking parking is available for guests in the ground wing.

High chairs and cots can be made available on request – please note mattresses and linen for cots are not provided.

If guests would like to book Gresham Hall alongside the ground wing then there is an adjoining door to connect the whole Hall together. Ideal for large families and groups!

The owners offer a wonderful selection of local treats and produce for their guests on arrival!

The Hall has a strong eco ethos! Firewood is collected from around the estate, when hot tubs are emptied the water is collected to use in the gardens and the sugar-beet and peas grown within the fields are sent to local factories.
