Upon entering the hallway, you’re greeted with a welcoming ambiance. Further down the hallway, you’ll find a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

The Living Room offers a spacious area, tastefully furnished with seating for 6 guests. Though the feature fireplace adds charm, it’s not currently in use. A 42″ TV with Freeview channels provides entertainment options.

Adjacent to the living room, before reaching the kitchen, is Bedroom 1. This room features a versatile Super King bed, which can be split into 2 singles upon request. It also includes a large wardrobe with ample storage, a basin, bedside cabinets, and a wall-mounted TV for added comfort and relaxation.

The Kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A wall-mounted TV adds to the convenience of this space. Patio doors and a back door provide access to the courtyard garden, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

Completing the layout is the Family Bathroom, featuring a WC and walk-in shower with handrails for accessibility. Additionally, it includes a basin and a bath with a shower overhead, catering to various bathing preferences.

Lovely spacious accommodation with the most comfortable beds ever. Super family sized lounge and kitchen with everything you need. Extremely comfortable beds…everyone slept soundly. House is perfectly situated for Sheringham and surrounding areas….good street parking.

A last minute short stay at Foresters.. booked through Norfolk Cottages was a great success! A wonderful location for the local sea front … plus an excellent touring position. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped and excellent personal service by this company. Foresters… being ground floor and well fitted bathroom , would be a super choice if you are a bit lacking in mobility . A wet room and help rails would make it an excellent choice for an older couple too. We would book again and our family thought it a sweet place to stay. Very short walk to beaches ( two minutes) and really close to shops pubs and eating places. No games or cards so bring your own. Highly recommended but not posh!
