Ground Floor

Step into 14 Morris Street and be greeted by a Victorian tiled hallway adorned with hooks, storage, and seating. To the left, you’ll find the first reception room, a light and bright room perfect for relaxation, complete with a piano and a traditional fireplace feature. This inviting space is ideal for playing games and enjoying quality time with loved ones.

Adjacent to the first reception room is a second reception room, a slightly smaller yet equally charming area boasting comfortable seating and a woodburner. Featuring beautiful wooden flooring, this room offers access to the kitchen/diner and a door leading to the rear garden, providing a tranquil retreat after dinner or a day spent at the beach.

The kitchen/diner offers a spacious and functional environment, with floor tiles underfoot and a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard. Ample storage space accommodates groceries, while modern amenities such as an Everhot stove (similar to an AGA), fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a large butler sink ensure convenience for meal preparation. Access to the hallway and large patio doors leading to the south-facing courtyard further enhance the appeal of this space, allowing natural light to flood the room.

Conveniently tucked under the stairs is a small WC and washbasin.

First Floor

The first floor spacious landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms.

The family bathroom boasts a wonderfully large space, featuring a free-standing, feature roll-top bath, a rainfall shower, WC, washbasin, and a large round mirror. With its wooden floor and seamless blend of style, character, and practicality, this bathroom is a true sanctuary.

Meanwhile, Bedroom 3 presents a cosy bunk bed room, perfect for a child to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Please note that the top bunk is not in use.

Second Floor

On the second floor you will find bedroom 4 and bedroom 5. The entire top floor is adorned with a beautiful wooden floor and showcases plenty of charming character features.

Bedroom 4 offers a king-size bedroom boasting incredible sea views. A large window allows natural light to flood in, illuminating the space. With a feature fireplace and ample storage, this room exudes comfort and tranquility.

In Bedroom 5, discover a cosy twin room adorned with a small feature fireplace. A large south-facing window fills the room with sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. There’s plenty of space available for luggage, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

Outside

14 Morris Street features a secluded, south-facing courtyard, offering an idyllic retreat after a day of adventure. Accessible from both the snug room and the kitchen, this tranquil space invites relaxation. For added convenience, a rear gate provides easy entry for sandy feet returning from the beach.
