Bennett is located next to Duncan and Foresters, in Augusta street, which is in a quiet conservation area nestling between the town centre and the sea. Yet all the shops and amenities are but a few hundred metres away.
Bennett was built in 1922 along with the house next door by a local family who have owned the house until 2002. It has changed little in appearance since 1922 and still retains its early character. The house has gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout, providing a very comfortable, cosy holiday home, ideal for any time of year.
Off road parking for one car. On street parking is available in front of Bennett along the whole of Augusta street and St Nicholas pl, it is free and unlimited.
We have added unlimited WiFi internet which is free of charge and Freeview TV.

King Bedroom 3:
Also at the rear, containing King size bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror and drawers, wardrobe.
Bunk Bedroom 4:
At the front, this room has a bunk bed suitable for children/adults, wardrobe and dressing table.
Includes bath, separate shower, washbasin and electric shaver point, with bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
With access to all bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
The front garden is laid to lawn with shrub borders. The rear garden is also laid to lawn with flower borders. There is a garden shed suitable for bicycle storage, a patio set comprising of eight chairs, a large table and an umbrella is available should you wish to relax in the garden. Rear gate provides access to Victoria Street a short cut to the beach and town through one of the oldest parts of Sheringham.
