Ramey House was built in the 1970s and is located in St Nicholas Place some 200 meters from the promenade, beach or golf course and about 400 metres from the town center. It is also only 4 minutes flat walk from Duncan and the rest of our houses in Augusta Street. St Nicholas Place is a wide residential road which is very quiet as it leads only to Links Road and the golf course (pedestrian access only).

Ramey House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

Ramey House is set back from the road and is the middle one of three which are set in their own grounds. In front of the house is a large gravel drive with off road parking for three cars and a quiet front garden with lawn and shrub borders with conifer hedging. At the rear is a good size garden with a patio and patio funiture.

Lounge/Dining Room: Very spacious with views to front and back gardens along with patio doors to the rear garden. Large TV with Freeview, DVD player.  Three piece suite seating six along with large dining table with seating for eight, sideboard, wall units and bookcase with a wide selection of books.

Snug: Access from  the hallway with views over the front garden. two sofas seating six with large coffee table. Widescreen TV with built in DVD player and Freeview.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with base and wall units containing all cooking utensils, plates etc. Buit in oven and hob with extractor over. Also includes large fridge and seperate freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a rear door from the kitchen to the rear garden and bin storage.

Shower room & WC: Containing electric power shower with preset temperature facility, wash basin with mirror and shelf plus WC.

Bedroom 1: Overlooking the rear garden with double bed, two   large built in wardrobes, long dressing table with drawers and       mirror. There are also bedside cabinets with reading lights and Freeview TV.

Bedroom 2: Overlooking the front garden with superking ( 6ft ) bed this can be split into 2x single if required, bedside cabinets along with reading lights wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror and Freeview TV.

Bedroom 3: Overlooking the rear garden with double bed, bedside cabinets along with reading lights, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and Freeview TV.

Bedroom 4: Overlooking the front garden with twin beds, bedside cabinets along with reading lights, wardrobe with built in drawer and long mirror.

Family Bathroom: With bath and electric shower, washbasin with mirrored cabinet, WC and airing cupboard.

Rear Garden: Next to the house is a paved area with garden bench. Access is from the kitchen or via the patio doors from the lounge.

The back garden is mainly laid to lawn, which rises up to a large area of decking with patio chairs and table seating 8. To the east is a raised flower and shrub border. The garden shed is not available to guests at present.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge, please order these at the time of booking.
