This is a terraced cottage of flint construction with tiled roof. It is situated in the High Street, next to the Two Lifeboats Hotel which is on the Promenade and adjoining the beach.

The cottage probably dates from the early 1500s, making it among the oldest buildings in the town. All the features in the cottage are original, although the inner fireplace was constructed in Georgian times.

There are exposed brick and flint panels showing early building detail and beamed ceilings throughout. Please note that the cottage does not have a garden, but a small paved area at the rear accessed by French doors from the Kitchen.

Lounge: Lounge with large feature fireplace and beamed ceiling. Three piece suite and wall to wall carpet. Colour 28" widescreen Freeview T.V. and video.

Kitchen/Diner: Stainless steel sink unit, refrigerator with small freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Dining room table seating 5 with beamed ceiling. Cutlery, china and cookware provided. Wall to wall carpet. French doors to a paved area at the rear of the cottage.

Family Bedroom: One large family room with double bed and single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and shower with wash basin, bathroom cabinet and shaver point.

Bedroom 2: With double bed, hanging space, bedside cabinet, dressing table, washbasin with bathroom cabinet and shaver point.

Bathroom: Containing bath and WC.

The heating, plumbing and drainage systems are covered by British gas Home Care scheme ensuring a prompt response should you have a problem.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge, please order these at the time of booking.
