Price for up to 4 Adults & 2 Children, from just £179.00 in winter months to £699.00 in the summer school holidays.

Reductions are given for longer stays and two person occupation out of season.

A single well behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement, at a rate of £15 per week. We regret we are unable to cater for the larger breeds.

Short breaks are available from October through March.

Augusta street is located in a quiet conservation area nestled between the town centre and the sea. Yet all shops, amenities and sea are but a few hundred metres away.

Augusta sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The house itself, which sleeps up to 6, was bu ilt around 1870 along with its two neighbours by three brothers from a fishing family and has changed little in appearance since that time.

The property benefits from extensive refurbishment and boasts a gas fired central heating and double glazing.

We have just added WIFI internet which is free of charge.

Lounge: With widescreen colour television Freeview included, video recorder and four-piece suite with recliner chairs, fireplace and a bay window overlooking the front garden and street.

Dining Room: Featuring dining table and six chairs plus an under stair walk in cupboard, feature fireplace and window to the rear garden.

Kitchen: Recently refurbished and featuring electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster, plus large worktop area with cupboards underneath containing all crockery, pans etc. Rear door to entrance porch and garden. Just added TV with Freeview wall mounted. It is not shown in the picture but is to the left of the clock.

Bathroom: Containing a power shower and bath, separate shower, shaver point, WC and washbasin.

Twin Bedroom: featuring two single beds, washbasin, walk-in cupboard and dressing table.

Plus wall mounted TV with Freeview.

Family Bedroom: Includes double bed and pine bunk beds plus dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and lamps. Plus wall mounted TV with Freeview.

Garden

To the rear of the property is a private garden laid to lawn with flower borders and garden shed which is available for cycle storage. Plus a rear access to Victoria Road, that leads to the beach some two minutes walk away. Patio table, chairs, and cushions are provided should you wish to relax in the garden.

The heating, plumbing and drainage systems are covered by British gas Home Care scheme ensuring a prompt response should you have a problem.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge, please order these at the time of booking.

For those with laptop computers who wish to use WIFI we will provide you with an access code on arrival, we do not make a charge for this service.

TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly advise guests to obtain insurance as all deposits are not refundable. If you do not have Holiday Insurance please click on the link below.
