BENNETT  ETC 4 STAR  Sleeps up to 8 has off-road parking, a large lounge, dining room, NEW fully-equipped kitchen, shower room & WC. 4 bedrooms - 2 double, 1 twin, 1 with adult bunks, bathroom with power shower, Freeview TV and front and rear gardens.

RAMEY  HOUSE Sleeps 8 has off road parking for 3 cars, very large lounge with patio doors to rear garden, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms - 3 double 1 twin, bathroom, ground floor shower room & WC. Gardens to both front and rear

DUNCAN  (On the left ) Sleeps 6 + 2 children has off-road parking, a large lounge and dining room, NEW kitchen, 4 bedrooms - 2 double, 1 twin, 1 with bunks and bathroom with power shower, ground floor shower room & WC, Freeview TV and front and rear gardens.

FORESTERS  ( On the right ) Sleeps 4 + 2 is a 2-bedroom GROUND FLOOR apartment, suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility it has a large lounge, kitchen diner, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom and family bedroom with double bed and adult bunks

MADGE     Sleeps 5 comprises a lounge with feature fireplace, kitchen diner, family bedroom with 1 double, 1 single bed and en suite shower, 1 double bedroom, bathroom and a small courtyard.

LARGE GROUPS Please note BENNETT, DUNCAN, FORESTERS and AUGUSTA can be combined for larger groups of up to 22 adults and 6 children, child only bunk beds in Duncan, Augusta & Foresters. Short breaks available 0ct - Mar
